Has anyone with a 661 Evo Am helmet stuck a GoPro mount on the top of their helmet (fnar fnar)?

Yep. I put insulating tape over the central dip in the visor and the fixed a flat base to it. Works a treat with a Session - looks more like a light and a bit less vulnerable to being ****ted by a branch (I'm pretty tall).
Must admit I've totally abandoned helmet mounts and chest mounts - don't like the idea of increasing the forces acting on my head or ramming hard things into my ribs more than I need to. I've gone for a bar mount most recently and found that has worked really well.
Janj1974 what bar mount would you recommend?
