Whats out there please ?
Here's a list of 650B frames and here's a list of 26" frames that can be converted. Both links are to 650B Palace.
Look out for a 2003-ish Specialized stumpjumper frame on ebay. Plenty of clearance at the back and if you run a fox fork it will take a 650b with no problems. Geometry was great with 650b.
The Pipedream Sirius (and presumably the Scion) aren't 650B specific but will take 650B wheels.

The magazine did a review of the spooky horror taxi a while back I think??

That's a 2007. You want a post 2006 for that shape, they had different seatstays prior to that. Not sure the alu ones had quite as much clearance either.
I had a Haro Beasley 650b singlespeed, also available as a 1x9. Lovely bike, not sure if they are still available.
