A bit of a long shot, but I wonder if anyone has tried adding a large sprocket (e.g. the One Up 50T) to a Shimano XT/SLX 11 speed cassette and running it with SRAM GX mech and shifters ? I've found one (foreign) youtube video, which seems to show that setup working, but it's not clear exactly what the setup is there.
