As the title says. What to buy ?

I'm thinking a Silca Tattico pump. Any suggestions for quality things, tools etc that would a cool gift.

SKS Rennkommpressor?

The classic Zefal HPX frame pumps are nice things to own if they'll fit his frame.

Carradice have a bit of a sale on. The Carradry front panniers were £40.00 a pair last week, might be some left.

Apparently a Spur bell?

*Edit - although I'm leaning towards a Timber. Or a cowbell with some wadding on a string... 8)

Spur bell, that's more like it.
I'm looking for something that would be a treat or something totally over engineered.
