Nobody else counts the half inches, just round up you're feeling insecure...
I'm 5'11.5" too. I used to be 6ft but I lost the half inch after leg injuries. I tick 6ft out of nostalgia
5"11 and 3/4.... I will forever live with the shame of failing to reach 6ft.

Im 6'2" but managed to miss by a foot, now the whole thing's credibility as a scientific exercise is invalidated. Oh well, i'm happy if a shortarse claims 6' to compensate.
If you know your height to fractions of an inch you're not 6 foot.

I'm not sure why this is even a difficult thing to answer. There is a category 5'8" to 5'11". If you were 5'11.99" that would still be the correct category.
