I've just been trying to use one of these from an order I placed a few months ago. Do they expire do you know because it's not having any of it!

Everyone I've received in the past always has a timescale printed on the back, I think it was 30 days. You might also have to be logged in before it'll accept the code
I have never, ever got one to work.

IIRC correctly they only last a couple of wqeeks (it is in the FAQs somewhere hidden). Also, you must be registered and logged into your account before you can apply them. They don't work on a guest account or if added to an order before you have actually gone through the logging in process to your account.
