Thinking about a new chainset to replace my 2003 Race Face prodigy XC set and get away from ISIS.
So if I buy a Sram X9 3X10 chainset change the chainrings so everything is still the same age and size etc will it all still work or will I have compatability issues.
Shifters are SRAM X9 gripshift so I can trim the front mech.

I've been running a "3x10" chainset in a 3x9 setup for a while and had no problems, my understanding was that the rings are basically the same size and spacing so I doubt if you'd even have to change the them.
