Gutted for you, had 2 of mine stolen in September from Laneheads area
On the basis that crime is often the same people doing most of the crime [url= http://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/news/1382240.bike_warning_for_persistent_thief/ ]this guy[/url] took mine. I realise that he is innocent until proven guilty but it may be a line of enquiry, and I figure I don't owe him anything. In my case he barely got a [url= http://www.pendletoday.co.uk/news/local-news/nelson_man_s_obsession_with_motor_bikes_lands_him_in_court_1_3809567 ]slap on the wrist[/url] even though he was clearly in breach of his community order.
One of mine turned up on Gumtree as an offer for a swap down in Mansfield. Keep looking as it can take a couple of weeks for a fence to put them up.

Sorry to hear about this. The justice system in this country is a joke.
That guy should have been sent down years ago but instead he is given a slap on the wrist and continues to bring misery to others.
I've read the article and couldn't quite believe it.
They now say "he is banned from entering any back yard, garage, shed or outhouse or from trying to gain access and from having any tools which could be used in stealing from cars.
Tunesi is also prohibited from behaving in any way which could harassment, alarm or distress"
Surely this is illegal activity regardless of him now being caught for the hundredth time.
So what are they saying? He was previously allowed to break in to sheds and garages?
