Can anyone recommend a decent 29-er wheel set for £200 or less? Running a 2013 Spesh Camber but have had a few issues with spokes loosening and also noticed a couple that are bent.

What are your current wheels? £200 for aftermarket wheels isn't going to get an awful lot - it sounds like spending £40 getting your current wheels sorted by a good wheelbuilder wood be money well spent? It sounds like you had a badly built set.
Other than that, I've just bought a set of Superstar Tactic on Tesla hubs for £220. Reviews were good, but annecdotally, some on here have had issues.
