What's the measurements (HT height, steerer length)? There was a CB headset on the Classifieds the other day...that's 21mm stack. Some FSA stems are 35mm, think Ragley do a low stack one.

No, absolutely not
35mm steerer tube in a 40mm stem I'd be on the verge probably
I usually want both bolts to be covering the steerer tube as it were
All just my opinion of course
