Half way through my ride on Sunday my Vivid Air r2c decides to suddenly lose pressure from 200psi to around 50psi, this is actually the second time this has happened in as many rides.
I followed instructions to to add air in 20psi increments then cycle the shock to equalise pressure between the chambers which will apparently be indicated by a hissing sound, mine doesn't make any sound.
Its only a few weeks old so I could warranty it quite easily but I don't want to send it away and look like an idiot because I missed something basic.
any ideas ladies & gents??
