im a bit confused here but noticed 2 tubeless valves in the box when i bought my stumpjumper fsr comp.
Does this mean the rims and tyres are tubeless ready?
Is it a case of filling them with the fluid and away we go??
I've got a 2011 Stumpy and converted the wheels and tyres that came with it. The wheels on mine are Specialized 420SL's and the tyres were Captain/purgatory, which have a small 'Bliss 2' logo (this means they're tubeless ready).
The wheels and tyres are an absolute doddle to convert compared to some rim/tyre combos. I stripped the standard rim tape off and replaced it with Stans yellow rimtape (the wider one) and they hold air very well.

Sounds like yours are the same as on mine.
i will give it a try
Thanks bowglie
Mine came like that and I set them up tubeless with a pair of normal wire-bead High Rollers. Piece of cake.
