[Closed] 2010 trek ex8 what chain guide?

I used a black spire stingray on my Gf roscoe (same diff) with granny and middle plus bashguard. worked for me in morzine. However, I removed it as i shortened the chain by three links and kept the bash guard for tension instead. This work 90% as good. You don't need a full length chain when your big ring is not used.

But you also had a front mech with a double presumably?

I use a Superstar one with a bodged seat tube mount on my Top Fuel for 1x10, they now do a proper seat tube mounted one - I'd get that, if it fits. The Paul Components one didn't fit mine - swingarm was in the way.
