Does anybody know if there is any video tutorials online. Also does anyone know the difference between Fox red and Fox green fork oil? Thirdly just to confirm is the 100ml of oil in the damper side inside the RC2 damper assembly? I realise that stripping this down is a more involved task !

Yes, the 100ml of red fluid is inside the damper bladder, not the open bath fluid.

If the damper is the older one with the bladder at the bottom of the leg, you'll probably need a replacement bladder if it's not perfectly round as they tend to go a bit square after a while and burp air into the oil, causing the damper to not work properly.
