[#2036800]

They are 140, i have a bike that would like a 120 fork-ideally.
It looks like i may be able to get a nice 150 fork for the bike the vanillas are currently on.

Anyhoo

Can they be changed to 120 relatively easily?
I can than swap these to my hardtail!

Thankyou

Try them on it as they are, they are slightly shorter than most forks usually run softer (spring thing) so more sag so they may be OK. We have a pair here that go from frame to frame and work a treat where ever. Oh as far as I am aware not supposed to be able to change them. I say not supposed to be able as I have seen some amazing 'Frankenstein' Forks in the past.

Depends how easy you find cutting a fork spring down and swapping the -ve spring for a longer one.Not the hardest job in the world.

Wasnt sure if there was a spring to swap, or sinilar.

Ive read posts on other forks its possible on!

Don't really want to bodge them, they're to good for that!

If it is attempted i'd want a proper job!
