Ton,

have lurked here for ages and from what I've read you're about the same height as me. Currently getting money together for a Curtis which can be made big enough and have a lifetime warranty. have a look at the Freeride frame

Methinks that bizango may be a bit flimsy for a big boned lad like Tony ๐Ÿ˜‰

On-One have always done 20" Inbreds (I love my two) and I've had no problems with them (I'm 15s 5lbs); I suspect the 456 is pretty burly. Genesis do their 853 Altitude in a 20.5".

what size fork is best suited to a handjob.

I've never ridden a Cove Handjob (happy sticking to my On-Ones) but they always seem to get recommended in steel hardtail threads on here, so I reckon there should be loads of folk about that can tell you what they're like. I think they're designed around 100-130mm forks and seems to be definately XC. There used to be stories of older models crumpling but hopefully the later models are a bit burlier.

Tony, I run 100mm Rebas on mine..

But if no-one wants my Maguras, then I may run it at 130mm..

Seems spot on to me..

Ton. I'm 6'4" and just been out on my 18" Scandal ?!? Granted the seatpost is starting to bend already, and a 20" would fit me better.

Have you tried a 20" normal inbred? They're longer than the 456's
