I'm working at home tomorrow so bought some kit back with me tonight. Got home and weighed the panniers and they were 2 & 1/4 stone. No wonder the back end of the bike was all over the place during the ride.
Got to take it all back on Monday 😯
Oh well, at least I've got gears on the bike, oh wait....
