Straight pull spokes, same 2! Drives me bloody mad, if its been a really heavy/rocky ride I can guarantee they'll be loose at the end pf the ride. The only remedy I can think of is some kind of loctite but that really makes things awkward for when truing again. Fwiw the wheel was trued by an lbs (not me) about 6 weeks ago.
Is this a pie related issue?
Well, judging by my own similar issue, I'd guess the rim is buckled beyond repair. Still, I just put up with having to re-tension and true a little more because I'm a cheapskate and skint.
Apparently not, lbs man said it was the tyre that made it look so out of true and didn't take much truing. However 13st of pie filled ass must put a little strain on it. 😆
uneven spoke tension somewhere in the wheel, should never need to use any sort of locking compound on spoke nipples if its built right.
