So after hanging up my cycling shoes many years ago...about 10 yrs I reckon (ridden to work occasionally) tomorrow I'm going out on the Gary Fisher to Trent Park (5 mins from home) with a work colleague for a 4 mile jaunt...its going to be muddy and I will be out of breath...

Bright pink/yellow is definitely still in but now you have to mix it with some fluoro green. HTH.
just get out there and ride but 4 miles is just a warm up really. Go and do 10 then go to the pub. 😀
