Route, 21 miles

Enjoyed riding SS, only walked the very end of Ladys Edge, no thanks to Sharki + Co's encouragement!

Knottie, your pain is insignificant to the suffering i'm enduring 😉

After seeing off slimfastworlds singlespeed team 😉 i headed back down to holford for a swift pint in the plough.....a dozen riders where there muzzles in grub suppin beer, etc, talking about bikes, etc.....

'stids!

I saw your post & was going to join you guys but this morning my legs said no!
We walked over 15 miles from Boscastle to Port Isaac on the coast path yesterday & the 4500ft of climbing (mostly steps) has taken its toll.

briliant ride charlie, sorry to hold you back with my lack of fittness but my excuse stays the same I am half your age

It was realy good at the top of ladies edge to see sharki and his kids having a picnic what a fantastic thing to do with young uns shame about the heckling though it was a hard push/walk up there 😳

Slimfastworlds s/s team now there is a name for the bikefest Mr K, it is a shame you are off the bike at the mo it wold of been nice to have a bit of company for the walking bits

now about those pictures I must get my arse into gear and set up an account
