New frame runs 135x10, have bought new hope pro2 evo's on flows, what do I need to convert rear hub to run135x10?

135x10 is standard rear hub dimensions. It'll slot straight in

The wheels come with QR for running your standard QR 135mm, or as I have done you can buy 135 x 10 adapters for bolt through QR I'm using a DT Swiss 135 x 10 RWS gives a bit more stiffnes to the rear.

Or if you actually meant 135x12, there are other end caps you can buy which pop on.
You might have to remove the cassette, think I did for my 142x12s
