Probably been done to death but just settle my nagging thoughts, please:
I've got a XT M8000 I-Spec B 11 Speed Shifter. What rear mech do I need?
I think I can't use a 9 or 10 speed version as the pull ratios are different. Is that right?
So, I either need the M7000 (SLX) or M8000(XT) 11 speed rear mechs (I can't afford / justify XTR). Are there any other options?
