Perhaps I'm behind the times here but has anyone noticed how the hub price has gone up from £375 to £430?
Obviously there are cheaper online deals although nobody's actually got any. That's quite a price rise Shimano/Madison!
Any news on when anyone's actually likely to have any stock?
On a cost per gear it was £46.87 and now it's £39.09, so it seems a bargain! 😀
Is that the third price rise & seventh or eighth delay in date available?

I'm old enough to remember the original Reginald Perrin series and one brilliant idea was to put the prices up in the January sales. Perhaps that's Madison's strategy?!
I wonder what sales of the 8 speed hub have been like since the 11 speed was announced in February? A bit like Bimota annoucing the Tesi and then taking ages to produce it, whilst everyone sensibly held off from buying other models. It nearly finished them off.
Shame, I was hoping the price would come down...
MTBR forums are saying the date has been put back again to Feb 2011 but no mention of what the final price will be.
