Is there a difference, other than 1 extra tooth....?
Could you replace a 11T with a 10T jockey wheel...?

Generally a larger one will be smoother for the chain as the curve is less. Whether this is noticable in the real world is debatable, in reality they are pretty much interchangable.

My winter hack bike has huge 14t jockey wheels, cheap & cheerful Shimano 7sp Mega Range stuff. If going this big check your chain length.

What ever you do dont get the 13t or larger. when I tried so 13t (I think it was 13t) the chain kept rolling off it and sliced through the carbon X0 mech.
