To save hours trawling through old reviews, can anyone recommend good adjustable forks with this range? I'd be buying second hand. I'm not loaded. Do you think I'm Ken Dodd or something?
do you want external adjust? eg rock shox u-turn or fox talas?
Or internally adjust by added spacers? most forks have this option.
also what kind of bike and riding is it for?
if just xc / trail riding you get a Rock shox Reba or for more aggressive riding try a Pike.
as said u-turn for external on the fly adjustment.
otherwise check the forks are an all travel model meaning you can add/remove internal spacers to reduce the travel.
It's gonna be for xc/trail so dual air is important. I'm not fussed for external adjustment. It's for an old GF Marlin. I really just wanted a fork that I could swap onto a slacker head-angled bike in the future. Do the manufacturers specify if you can add spacers? I like the look of SIDs @ 100mm.
