I reckon I'm very lucky to be able to tick all of those off. That would actually be a really good annual to-do list! Nice vid to watch as the rain pours down outside and I suffer from man-flu ๐
A couple of things to add which I haven't done yet:
Ride across a continent
Do a proper gap jump
Any other inspiration to consider on a rainy day?
have spotted it the first time it did the rounds on here ๐
8 still missing from my "list".... no inclination to do it, either....
i'd add:
fix a puncture
bunny hop
hinterrad versetzen (swinging the back wheel round whilst pivoting on the front wheel)
ride no-handed
wheelie
Go to A+E with a bike related injury
6 plus wukfit's one...
It doesn't have half of the essential but lame crashes I'd include.
[#11] high five at the end of a rad vid.
Well I've done those 10, but to be honest that's not a particularly difficult or amazing list of things to do.
Wow it's 2013 again, roll on Christmas! ๐
#12 ride for 12 &/or 24 hours
#13 Break your collarbone
#14 ride rigid for a season
#15 singlespeed at least once
#16 ride a DH bike on a decent freeride/DH course
#17 have a massive mechanical and have to walk for miles
#18 ride from home
#19 fix tyre- ideally in an improvised way
#20 Learn some simple skills - bunnyhop & no handed
. Go to cycle through a MASSIVE muddy puddle, find out in the middle that it's deeper than you th thought and it covers your feet at the bottom of the stroke.
. Break chain on big ride 10 odd miles from home, discover you haven't got a spare link. Lower seat to scooch along the flats, freewheel down the hills but walk most of way ๐
7/10 plus several A&E visits...
Cross a mountain range!??!!, what like the Alps or Pyrennes? Thats a multi day adventure right there.
