Featured 1 very good (poss British?) DH rider doing some riding, also posing in a wee french village dressed in ladies clothes, interspersed with footage of someone rallying an old Citroen about the French hills.
Please tell me I'm not mad. Searching youtube for 'crazy french MTB video citroen transvestite' didn't yield much!

Was at my first spin class last night as my sore wrist is keeping me off the real bikes. They had a similarly mad Frenchy-stereotypey video of a guy with a moustache chasing a distant vision of his Indian girlfriend. Reminded me of the video above and distracted me from the pain in my legs and lungs...
