Afternoon all,
I can't seem to find the answer online, so a quiack question for the Singletrack massive.
Will a Shimano SLX 675 Long Cage Mech (Shadow Plus) work OK with a Sunrace 11-42 Cassette?

I have the same mech and it runs perfectly on a 40t expander ring. It's not what you asked, but there is scope for a bit more adjustment as the b-tension screw isn't fully in.

So sounds like it will be worth a punt...
Cassette and chain purchase today I think.
I have a NW ring already, so will convert my SLX cranks.

Using that very mech with a One-up 42t expander on a full sus with no issues.
Can't imagine it'd be any different for you 🙂
