For sale is my custom built Santa Cruz Chameleon 8 29er in Gloss Navy Blue. The Chameleon is Santa Cruz’s do-anything built for whatever hardtail.

The frame is 12 months old and in great condition, according to my Strava data it’s only been ridden 299km! It’s running 29er dropouts as standard but these can be switched to 27.5+ by purchasing the appropriate dropouts. The dropouts are also sliding so that chainstay length can be adjusted in length

The forks are 130mm RockShox Revelation. The bike is running a Hunt Trail Wide V2 wheel set with Maxxis Forecast tyres setup up tubeless. The drivetrain is tried and tested Shimano 11 speed running a wider range 11-46 SunRace cassette. The cassette, chain, chainring and jockey wheels were all replaced approx 100km ago.

Dropper post is a 150mm Brand-X item activated by the ZTTO adjustable lever.
