Giant Cypher, perfect kids’ starter full suss
Giant Cypher, I believe it’s an XS,

- 100mm Rockshox SID. Worked great for a 10 -12 year old.
- Hope Pro2 front hub, Shimano non series rear, Superstar rims.Â
- 1 x 10 – SLX rear mech, Sunrace (I think) cassette (11-42), OneUp cage.
- High Roller rear, Butcher front.Â
- 152mm Suntour cranks
- Shimano MT-410 brakes, Superstar colour matched rotors
- Crank Bros bars
- Superstar stem
Although not super modern, this was a brilliant first full suss bike for my son. It’s pretty light, suspension is supple, and properly fittted him. Unfortunately he’s done the whole growing thing.
Generally in good nick, the frame has some scuffs but the lacquered brushed finish hides them well.Â
