Break the self-isolation boredom with Loic Bruni’s Instagram Live Spinning Class

Join Loic Bruni in an Instagram Live spinning class tomorrow and take a break from all the Covid-19 bad news.

There is a lot to like about Loic Bruni. He has the same birthday as me, which makes him awesome, he is insanely good on a bike, and he says it how it is. But I might like him even more now after he organised an Instagram Live spin class earlier today.

Don’t worry you haven’t missed it, the actual ‘class’ will take place on Friday 20th March at 6pm UTC +1. To take part you’ll need a bike and turbo trainer, but I suppose you could just join and look like a weirdo watching a bunch of mountain biker get sweaty at home together.
