Eurobike 2019: This custom-built King isn’t from 1993

by 5

Custom frame builder King, has taken inspiration from a 1992 Klein and built this absolute stunner!

We don’t give out awards at Eurobike for the best looking biking on display, but if we did this custom made King bike would be in our shortlist.

Retro graphics.

For this story we don’t have geometry numbers or any L.L.S news to shout about, just some photos of a great looking steel bike handmade in the Netherlands.

Each King is hand-built and painted by the one employee and owner of the brand Mr M.S Lemstra (sorry I was in such a rush to get this story up I’ve forgotten your name), and that’s very special as each bike on the stand has astonishing attention to detail and truly stunning finishes.

King can basically build you any bike that you want and with any paint job too. There are off the shelf options and full custom options, and you can even choose steel, titanium or carbon, though carbon bikes are built in Italy.

We didn’t ask about the prices as we’re unsure there’s going to be enough room in this story for all the 0’s but I think we can all agree that this is one looker.

Apparently a set of custom painted purple Spengle wheels will be fitted tomorrow, so check back for more photos, nut in the meantime head into the comments section and tell us how much you love this bike.

Oh, and if you do want one head over to Artisan Werks who is the UK distributor.
