The penultimate stage of Epic Cymru was all about the hot (cold) downhill action.
The day’s riding started in Dare Valley Country Park with a visit to Bike Park Wales and the small town of Mountain Ash.
Jason Moesheler is yet to be shoved from that top spot overall. Stage Two leader Nicolletta de Jager also retained first place on the third day.
Here’s your third Chipps update of the week. He’s now dropped into 124th place, with Joe Murray in 11th, edging ever closer to a top ten finish.
Anyway, here’s your Epic Cymru video for the day. Enjoy:

Haven’t seen a video from there I dislike, think I need to be getting an entry in for next year.
dull xc race – hey singletrack how/why did you compare the Epic Cyrmu to Trans-Provence?
The race was 4 days of Wiggle Sportives.
Hey rotel – you sure do have a downer on the Epic Cymru.
What’s your problem with it?
