Evidently there’s a press release winging its way over the Atlantic from Colorado as we speak with all the details, but here’s a quick look at the brand spanking new Yeti SB6C.
This is Yeti’s new 6in travel ‘aggressive trail’ (I’m trying not to use the E word) bike that’s been designed in conjunction with Jared Graves. As denoted by the C in the model name, it’s a carbon frame and also features Yeti’s new Infinity Switch linkage as seen on the SB5C.
In a break from Yeti’s traditional turquoise and black colour schemes, this one will also be available in this rather popping green.
There’s actually 157mm of rear travel and the head angle is a ‘railing the steeps’-friendly 65.5º.
This one, with a SRAM XO1 build, came in at a smidge under 29lb.
It should be available from October 1st. UK pricing when we get it confirmed.
