Looks like you had fun testing them big bikes!
Where was that wee video shot? Looks like a fun part of the world.
Wharncliffe woods near Sheffield.
I keep getting tempted by those big burly bikes… just worried I may kill myself with one 😉
Rather good timing though, I keep getting an itchy credit card and think something may have to happen this year!
The Absa Cape Epic shot looks a lot like lee Quarry to me
Peaty’s Steel City DH track is looking a bit drier in that vid!
Jon, Matt, How much faster were you down it this time??
“Get back to Lancashire!”
Very nice little video that! Some very smooth riding.
The only time I’ve been to Warncliffe/Greno was for the Steel City DH – I must go there again sometime!
Nickoli – quite a lot faster when there isn’t 6″ of mud… 🙂
PS. roflcopter
😉
Wharncliffe and Greno is ace. Even better when it’s dry…
“Singletrack Big Bike test in no Orange Apline 160 shocker!”
great looking cover…
Looks like a great issue, can’t wait, not sure about the 2nd of these claims though.

Millican Dalton ‘He feared nothing but soap’. Looking forward to the wild camping article.
