Sea Otter: New and prototype Marzocchi

We’re only just getting to grips with our 2010 test sample Marzocchi 44 and now they’ve made a carbon version. It’s not quite as flash as it looks as it’s just a carbon wrap (so it might even end up heavier than the regular one…) but it does look pretty…

Marzocchi 44. Made with carbonium

Well, it certainly is pretty...

But what's this, on an Ibis Mojo HD? It's a proper raw machined prototype. It uses Marzocchi 55 lower legs, but two crowns for a super stiff enduro fork. No name, date, price or any info yet - it's probably a 2012 product...
Wonder if we can just get some stickers?

  1. you’ll need RAC or a cycling equivalent with Marzocchi’s of late. Or are they reviving that spunkworthy thing from probably 10 years ago?

  2. They’re reviving the spunkworthy thing. 2010 stuff is really good in performance & reliability. I’m testing the 55 RC3 Ti 160mm forks.
