Event Name: Whinlatter Off Road Duathlon
Location: Whinlatter Forest Park, near Keswick

Distance: 5.5k trail run/15k mountain bike/5.5k trail run
Entries: Limited to 200 competitors
Cost: £30
The event is entirely off road and it’s the first time a duathlon has been held in this location. The run routes are a combination of well surfaced singletrack and forest trails – it’s quite hilly! The mtb route is a good mix of technical singletrack and forest roads (incorporating the new bike trails).
