I was born on the correct side of the Pennines but have lived in Yorkshire on and off for 20 years.
It's probably what makes me such a gifted and generous lover
😉

Most people are alright here, same as anywhere else really.
Beer is heavenly, landscape fantastic, weather shite, flat caps accepted.
What's not to like?

Born in Wakefield then moved away very shortly afterwards. Seems like I dodged a bullet. At the very least I have avoided defining myself simply by the place in which I was born and have managed to keep some options open.
