    There is a “yoga for cyclists” DVD

    i’ve got a dvd that combines a turbo workout with yoga as well, cy-yo i think its called. somewhat embarrased to say i’ve never looked at it, must give it a go. i’ve even got a spare copy that i’d sell if anyones interested.

    I quite fancy giving something like this a go, and I keep seeing Pilates mentioned as well, is one better than the other?
    Also, anyone know of good teachers in and around the Medway area?

    I prefer Pilates to Yoga. Just as good for flexibility and really good for addressing muscle imbalances.

    It’s not wishy washy omm chanting bending over. It’s bloody hard work. Sweating, aching limbs, the lot.

    Also, is there different types of Pilates, like there is Yoga?

    me and the other half went to our first yoga session last night. The receptionist managed to lock herself and everyone out of the building…so no yoga but the bloke who runs it took us to the pub instead. I like yoga 🙂
