I'm thinking of getting one for the kids (and me!)for Xmas to replace the wii. They are aged 7 and 4. Has anyone got one and can they recommend it? And how much space in my living room will I actually need to play it?

I borrowed one from a mate for an evening. Great fun, but I've yet to see a "killer app" game that makes me want to run out and buy one, and the games I played took a lot of space. I've a reasonable sized living room (100yo terrace) and it just about coped.

Did the same last Chrimbo, gets regular but infrequent use. Games are limited and get a bit old quite quick because they are so physical. OK for group participation but questionable whether a Wii is better value on that front. You need to move furniture to get a good 2 by 3 meters square.
