wonder how much money FCS/SNH/VisitScotland/Homecoming Scotland/other partners lost on this?

Recession or the quality of the proposed speakers?????

In particular I refer to Alan Stevenson of Forestry Commission Scotland……what has he done in the positive sense for mountain biking?????
