How does anyone with a works finish frame clean it? I dont want to use anyting which may polish it to a high mirror effect and note some cleaning fluids just let off black residue.. any advice? btw.. water does not get all the crud off. Cheers

I had a plain brush finish San Andreas a while back, which I eventually sold to a shop that was looking for one for a customer. I explained you didn't want to put Muc-off *anywhere near it*. Guess what happened?

I'd suggest not using Muc-off for a start.

i've got a raw 5spot and warm soapy water and brush seems to work ok, no residue or anything nasty
