Any recommendations for a Wireless Range Extender?

Just looking at the Belkin G Wireless Range Extender/Access Point, any others ?

Is it within the same building (i.e. ring main)? Could you use Powerline Ethernet instead? I used a Linksys Powerline kit in a home install and it worked fine.

If you need to extend wifi to a particular place (garden shed?) then Pringles tubes work well I'm told…(no, really) 🙂

tried a couple and ended up with the ring main ethernet option – which works well with a fixed station

The Develo Wireless Range Extender works well – gives you WiFi at the "remote" end of the Powerline link.

I've had no problems using the Belkin as a bridge and a range extender.
I got it to replace owerline Ethernet adapters once we found out they were interfering with our neighbour's short wave radio.
