Yes, but the Mastiles bit comes from when he recommended and raved about Mastiles Lane as a ride to the rest of the Fanylions and they all thought it was shIte. My how they laughed!!

And fanylion is an *amusing* word we saw on a poster in a HSBC bank in Wales (Cricheth (sp.) Apparently it is Welsh for 'detail'.

I like Fanylion because it gives me endless hours of musing on it's pronounciation. My preferred way is to pronounce it as they might in France, with the emphasis on the 'y' and 'lion' pronounced 'lee-on'.

I like the ones I read as something else – "sadexpunk" reads to me as "sadie spunk". ( still a punk name) "Postierich" becomes "posterior itch"
