Without trying to start a massive whisky debate as I'm not to keen on the stuff. What is a decent whisky for a mates birthday say £20 give or take a bit. Last year i bought him some of that glenfiddich I think, which was well received. I don't think he is a whisky guru as he is from korea. i have a great alcohol shop in my town so can get hold of lots of stuff. cheers

Highland Park could well be the ticket, not a particularly Scottish sounding name (well, the highland bit) compared to the likes of Lagavulin, Laphroaig etc, but certainly an enjoyable drop!

Think I've seen the highland park before can it be bought in supermarket. Yeah it does sound like a street name from milton keynes

That's what I thought when I was in the Co-op on Sunday. Mind you, it made the pint of milk I went in for quite expensive 😕

It's not a bargain if you start putting it on your cornflakes every day.

Tesco's Value Whisky. Let me know if he lives, and I might give it a try.
