Which cable set for full outers?

Building up a new bike for the better half and it requires full outers.

Where can I get them and which ones to get? All the ones I can see seem to be designed for the normal type.

Just buy some SP41 outer (by the metre) and a couple of inners

I know this sounds perverse, but I've done well with the ones from Halfords. They're prety cheap too, but I do run them with Middleburn Oilers
