Where for an Alfine hub?

I know there are a multitude of places that sell the Alfine hub but all seem to package slightly differently.

I am looking for either:

A complete pre built wheel in 26'' flavour including all the fitting and shifter bits

or

Just the hub including all the fitting and shifter bits

Any suggestions or experience of buying one recently?

Bike Components.de Usually have good prices, especially on the 11-spd....

219e seems reasonable for what seems to be everything you need

rosebikes do the full kit, not sure they do a pre-built wheel though.
