Go for something really common that most people will have already in their list of WiFi networks. Then, start playing with the connection a little…

Have a look at something like https://www.funkypenguin.co.nz/tutorial/april-fools-pranks-with-a-squid-proxy-server/ and make all traffic on the network go through it (default rote settings).
