Friend used to have his mobile's Bluetooth id as "Police Scanner 234/11-2". Always amazed me how many people would approach sheer panic when their phone found it.

After asking a similar question recently, I changed mine to:
TV_LICENSE_MONITORING
This was intented to upset the chavs over the road who boast about streaming all their tv so they don't have to pay the license fee

Got an old spare wifi router (DSL bit broke) that I was going to set up, with completely open wifi, but not connected to anything at all, just for laughs. Might even put the admin passwd back to default too, to see how long it lasts.
Need to think of a SSID for that. Got a few choices... default SSID? something that might make someone think they're hacking into something interesting?

Go for something really common that most people will have already in their list of WiFi networks. Then, start playing with the connection a little...
Have a look at something like https://www.funkypenguin.co.nz/tutorial/april-fools-pranks-with-a-squid-proxy-server/ and make all traffic on the network go through it (default rote settings).
