I'm tempted with a decent winter jacket and a new rear mech, but other than that what should I think about?

Most of a reverb or similar? Spares can be bought any time/when they are needed so I'd use this to get something different/special.

Would have said Reverb, but you've already got one. Some new brakes? Jacket and some waterproof shorts would make winter far more comfortable and snug.
