Does anyone know if it is possible to buy just the bushings to service a Turner 5 Spot (2005, Horst link) frame?

All I can find is a complete kit with bushings, seals, bolts and pivots. I can’t measure any wear in my pivots, they are the same diameter along their length and seem to be straight and round so replacing them seems wasteful. Not to mention extravagent.

I think you can only buy the bush kits complete with pivots, bolts, seals etc. The only way I’ve seen to get bushes on their own is if you can find a now very rare ‘Push’ bush set, but this only included the 3x main pivot bushes, not the horst pivot bushes.

Send Greg at Turner an email, he’ll sort you out.

    Yes, they’re standard Igus items.

Igus looks interesting – thanks for that, I’ll do some digging.

I don’t suppose anyone has knowledge of appropriate part numbers? I can probably work out the dimensions, but the material choice is beyond my ken.

Yes, Greg will sort you out. As you may know, Turner aren’t like normal bike companies.
